HOW IT WORKS

Oftentimes my clients find inspiration in existing works, which prompts them to commission a painting. We can draw from these compositions. I would love to create a piece for you that aligns with the unique vision for your space.

Step 1: Contact Briar

That seems to be the biggest step! But don't overthink it - it's just me. You don't need to know what you're doing or what to ask - I'll help you.I believe in a very personal, one-on-one approach with my clients. You are welcome to contact me through this site, or you’re welcome to text or call me directly. I’ll just need to know what size you're thinking and your colors, then we’ll take it from there.

Step 2: Color Test and Deposit

Before I get started with the actual painting, I always send a color test for your approval. I usually send photos and video, but we can FaceTime, Zoom, or you can even come by to see it in person. Once approved, a 50% deposit is due and then I get started on your painting! Custom works usually take about 2 weeks to complete - but if there is a rush, I can get a painting completed in a matter of a days.

Step 3: Painting is Sealed and Shipped

Once the painting is completed, it is sealed with 3 coats of varnish and 2 coats of UV Protectant. Paintings are safely rolled in a protective tube and shipped. All works are insured for your peace of mind. If you would like me to have it framed for you, l'd be happy to do that. We can discuss that at any point during the process.
